I recently purchased a house and engaged City Building Reports for the pre-purchase building inspection. They delivered an excellent service from start to finish and gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the purchase.Their inspector was very thorough and professional. The detailed report was comprehensive, clearly written in plain English, and highlighted both the strengths of the property and any areas to be aware of. It was well-organised and extremely helpful in making an informed decision.Communication throughout was prompt and friendly, and they were happy to answer follow-up questions after I received the report. Thanks to City Building Reports, I was able to buy my new home with real peace of mind and no unexpected surprises.I highly recommend them to anyone buying a property in the area. Reliable, high-quality service from true professionals. Thank you!
