Fitted a non-return valve on the waste pipe to stop rodents from entering. They offered good advice on which valve to use. They turned up on time and did a good job installing the valve. Any other drainage problems I would use them again.

I manage a block of flats in north London, which had two separate blockages in the drain systems, both rainwater and bathroom effluent. On both occasions a very efficient chap arrived and sorted out the blockages. One of the covers was very difficult to remove but he persevered until successful. He cleaned down after the work and hosed out the drain and checked that water ran away easily. From first phone call to clear drains it was about 3 hours. I was billed within a couple of hours by email.

We've had Greater London before for our outside sewer but didn't realise they did inside kitchen drains as well.Wojtek arrived early but was happy to wait until we were ready for him.He was very reassuring from the start, explaining that our problem was easy-peasy compared with what he often has to deal with.He got stuck in immediately, exuding confidence all the way and everything was sorted and cleaned up within 40 mins.Along the way he dealt with all our little questions and anxieties and disappeared with a cheery wave.Nobody mentioned money but a very reasonable invoice, complete with a report of what was done, appeared by email a few days later.
