We've been using Don Armstrong for our heating and air needs for over 30 years now for everything from the replacement of duct work to both heating and air repairs. We give very few 5 star ratings, but Don and Cory sure have earned one.They are punctual, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. On top of that, they completely explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. When we couldn't get in the attic, they took pictures and showed them to us so we could see and understand what needed to be done and then what work was completed.Their prices are always reasonable for the services performed.Don has over 50 years of experience in the industry, and he has trained Cory well. We are so thankful and blessed that they are our HVAC contractors.

My husband and I had problems with Air Now and we had them to remove there unit and Billy Don's Air was there the next day to put in a brand new furnace. Professional and trustworthy. The best service ever!!!!!

We’ve used Billy Don’s for about 8 years now at two homes. Cory has always been our technician and he is top tier when it comes to knowledge and customer service. He’s personable, takes the time to explain things, and most of all, we are comfortable with him in our home. There’s something to be said about that.We’ve had everything from a simple service call, to refilling freon, creating a split zone for upstairs/bonus room, installing a whole home dehumidifier, to upgrading our entire second story duct system. Most recently, Cory ran an entire ventilation system for our new gas range (new gas install). We highly recommend!!!

Exceptional service! Very friendly and professional. In 30 years or so, this is the best HVAC company I have ever used. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are quick to respond to emergencies and their service is always above and beyond.
