We asked him to set traps and poison for mice in the basement and he did a very careful and thorough job!

For several years, our Pointe Pest Control tech has been Orlando. I am so happy he is our tech every time we have a treatment, whether it's quarterly or ad hoc. Orlando is very courteous and friendly. He knows his job and makes sure we are taken care of. He's very thorough and always checks with us about any additional treatments we may need. Orlando is a true professional and a veritable asset to his company.
