From start to finish there was a high level of customer service and detail. Everyone I connected with was extremely personable, nice, and thoughtful. I was informed each step of the process and there was patience across the board when snafus came up, whether unintentional or not predicted. By the end of the project everything was resolved and I'm over the moon of the final product.They were very adaptable to my working and communication style, which made the process of my first large project less stressful. I appreciate the level of respect and thought in their customer service.I definitely recommend using them and I will for my future projects as well! I am very happy with the quality of work.

Integrity Paint and General Contracting is an extraordinary company, and I feel lucky to have found them when I did. My project was a stressful one, for a variety of reasons. But Benjamin and his team, especially Patrick and Octavio, were thoroughly committed to the highest level of service. Because they are also general contractors, Integrity was also able to field all aspects of the job and to coordinate everything smoothly. This is a paint company, but it is far more than that. Their work and work practices are impeccable, and they engage in the highest levels of safety, exceeding expectations on every level. From start to finish, the Integrity team lived up to its name--thorough, conscientious, professional, and meticulous. We contracted with Integrity after being ripped off by a scam company that splashed on paint without scraping old peeling paint, who left streaks of primer showing and refused to do any of the stucco or rotted wood repairs in their contract, and more. We were so lucky to find Integrity. They truly lived up to their name! Patrick, who did the estimate, was conscientious and thorough, identifying problems like rotting wood and flaking paint on eaves that I had not noticed. He made every effort to limit costs, and checked with me before approving subcontractor estimates. They did a great job on stucco repair, replaced rotted wood siding, repaired rotted eaves, trenched and painted below the surface to waterproof, carted away the dirt contaminated by old paint flakes and replaced it with fresh soil. Workers were efficient, considerate, and cleaned up everything daily. They got done faster than expected. Octavio, the site manager, checked in regularly, and Benjamin, the owner, came out and reviewed the job then refunded us an appropriate amount. They were responsive both to us as owners and to our tenants, and did high quality work! We highly recommend Integrity Painting and Contracting!

My experience with Integrity was fantastic. They showed up on schedule at every appointment and every day at work. They did high quality work, in a timely and workman like fashion, for a very reasonable price. They kept the jobsite clean and neat while working and left if clean and neat at the finish.
