We had our 100+ year old home’s exterior repainted, which required scaffolding for the height and lead abatement given the home’s age. The crew scraped, sanded, and repaired the siding before painting, and handled the lead abatement carefully, making us feel as safe as possible throughout the process. They finished on schedule and cleaned up well overall, including the gutters and windows. Communication was excellent, both with the crew on site and with our project manager Octavio who was always just a text or call away. Given the size and complexity of the job, they worked with our budget while still delivering quality work. We’ll likely use them again for other projects.

From start to finish there was a high level of customer service and detail. Everyone I connected with was extremely personable, nice, and thoughtful. I was informed each step of the process and there was patience across the board when snafus came up, whether unintentional or not predicted. By the end of the project everything was resolved and I'm over the moon of the final product.They were very adaptable to my working and communication style, which made the process of my first large project less stressful.
