I want to praise the team at rooted mechanical. They took on a big challenge due to choice home warranty not wanting to fix our system. Brett, Branden and Gavin went beyond what would be expected in this heat. Based on our builder taking shortcuts it was a lot to fix to make it right. The added a new system for our upstairs, Added correct air returns and ductwork & by a miracle found the part to repair the older system to keep us with a/c while they worked. I would highly recommend them to make it right. They also really are just great humans , show up on time, keep you informed about the situation and steps happening. It isn’t about rushing to get it done, they make sure it is right before they leave. Thank you for making our home a more comfortable environment and all your hard work! I am happy to recommend you to everyone I know and know you will do your best work. Support a family and local business that cares!

They were on time and did the work. They did not return when called about a drain pipe that was not properly connected. Left several messages to later be told that they changed a number and were no longer answering that phone. Zero concerned about the incomplete work . I hired another company to complete the job. Nice people, but lack follow up once they were paid.
