Working with Markus and his team, you can really see and feel the balance between personal (listening, being open, patient, guiding, and genuine) and professional (strategy, execution, follow-through, and shared excitement). I personally loved that he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear to "get a sale," instead he was honest, direct, and accurate with his approach so I knew exactly what to expect...and even then, he and his team over-delivered. His approach to lifelong relationships, not a person/house is a sale, is a recipe for success in my book...and I won't hesitate to work with him again.
