Very inconsistent product. When they're on, it's great. That's usually the case. However, you'll occasionally get bland; cold food, with undercooked rice. When you expect garbage and get garbage, there's nothing to be disappointed about. But, when you're hungrily mulling over your options and decide on Don Juan, it's very disappointing to get sub par food.
