At first I was a little intimidated by the staff and getting my car sorted, but after spending 5 minutes with anyone there, you realise how incredibly nice and helpful they all are. I left re-registering my car too late and got myself into quite the situation, but these guys have made re-registering it as streamlined and easy as possible for me, getting my roadworthy sorted, as well as all the repairs my car needed to be roadworthy, as well as holding onto the car while I go and get it registered. I couldn't thank them enough.

Waited in all day. They didn't show up. When I messaged them they claimed that I didn't confirm booking. When showed proof of confirmation they still didn't honour the booking and offered me next week. Wasted a whole day. Not happy would not recommend

I'm not the most mechanically minded guy I bought a second-hand car and needed it on the road. When I called for a roadworthy to be done on site, they booked a time then and there. At the time of inspection it turned out the vehicle needed a few repairs and parts replaced. They gave me 2 weeks to make the necessary repairs with no charge to complete the certificate.. I was a bit short for money by the time I had the parts I only had two days left to fit them so I called to see if an extension were possible. To my surprise, Eddie, hearing this, said he couldn't extend the time period but that he would help me with fitting the parts.These guys got me back on the road. Very reasonably priced. Very good work and very nice people. I couldn't be happier with the work and I can't thank them enough. There are blessing. Thank you very much.

Dr Roadworthy provided the highest level of service for my needs. I had my RWC done at home and the inspector was reliable and on time. After the inspection, Liz helped me replace my wiper rubbers and number plate light.Really friendly and professional service Highly recommend!!!!

Do not use them if you want a roadworthy certificate to sell your car . Even your car is in rego and you still driving it in good condition. They still will fail your car inspection for old wiper blade and old CV, then they tell you that you can not sell your car because of old parts in your car.Then they ask you to pay them 130 dollars for their 5 minutes failed inspection. Never use them if you don’t want to waste your money. They are scammers.

When they say VIP service they really mean VIP!!!Dr Roadworthy provided the highest level of service for my needs. They went out of their way to complete major work on my vehicle and have it returned on the same day just so my family could get back on the road asap. Stayed open after hours, came to my house and were clear through the whole process. Could not have asked to be looked after better. Highly recommend!!!!

I made the mistake of thinking I booked in at the workshop but it was mobile. Very silly of me yes but the guy was so so rude to my mum and the whole interaction was very uncomfortable.While I acknowledge my mistake I still think the rudeness was not acceptable and will not go through these guys again.
