Fantastic service, great engineers! We’ve had a few negative experiences with plumbing over the years so we were nervous about finding another company to replumb our house. But we’ve had nothing but excellent service from Premier Heating Solutions. Our first point of contact was Zach, who surveyed our job, answered all our questions (we had a lot!) and provided a fully broken down quote. Then Brandon and the team who came to work at our house were super-friendly, kind, and truly went the extra mile. I will absolutely be using Premier Heating Solutions again for all future plumbing and heating needs.Further edit: after a minor issue with our hot water system, we called them as we have a £1 maintenance contract with Premier (bargain!) and they came out and resolved the issue same day. Great service as always.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Premier Heating. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They always let us know when they'd be arriving and kept us updated at every stage, so we were never left wondering what was happening. The price was estimated upfront and honoured in full, with no surprises at the end. James was friendly, professional and really clean and tidy, leaving the place exactly as he found it. We'd happily recommend Premier Heating to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy heating engineer or plumber.

Shane was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, approchable and reassuring. He turned a very stressful situation into a calming and under control one. We highly recommend him.

Steve and his helper were very thorough and did an excellent job. As I have poor mobility they were very understanding.
