I had the plumber round and was really pleased with the work — Steve phoned to say he was on his way, arrived on time, and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He checked my boiler, then the toilet (which had a small leak), let me know exactly what was needed, gave me a quote, then went and got the parts and fixed it. He left everything extremely neat and tidy. Thanks, Steve!I was so impressed that I took out the annual Premier membership. It's a real relief knowing I've got a plumber and electrician sorted whenever I need one, and that I'll get excellent service every time.

It is early days as our installation completed yesterday, but so far it looks to be a very good experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed, as well as a new cylinder and Hive system. The initial survey with Zach was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional, and the team of installers were also professional and friendly. On the final day, Shane completed the work and after commissioning the system, he was excellent at explaining how it all operated, including setting up the Hive for us. A nice tidy job and highly recommended; thank you.
