Service from this company, from the sales, through customer services and on to installation has been slick and highly professional. Zach, the young salesman was very polite and helpful, he made us feel at ease instantly with his honest professional advice and at no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase on the night. Harley, took on our installation to get our new electrical water heating system placed in the loft, removing the old header tank, immersion heater and redundant piping laying precariously across our loft floor. Once the insulation was complete Harley connected my phone to the system for me and showed me how it all worked. All the rubbish was removed and house/garden was left how it was found it. Lovely people, I would highly recommend this company

Premier did a good job, as usual, to get our loo working again. It was just over 24 hours from reporting the problem to having it sorted with a new part which had to be ordered. Andy replaced free of charge the ball valve which was damaged in the tricky process, and he even tightened our loo seat and cleaned up. Well pleased!

Steve found a gas leak in my boiler when servicing it. It was dealt with very efficiently within 48 hrs. He also repaired my underfloor heating. Very pleased with the work, would recommend anytime.

Always easy to communicate with and reliable. Having used them for an entire heating system 2 years ago their service and personnel was seamless - so I used again - Just had new oil tank fitted. Zack did a great job in quoting and then ironing out location & OFTEC issues. Chris fitted and commissioned the tank - arrived on time, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and went above and beyond.
