Amazing! I love the model used. I hired a personal trainer, Krissy, and She is the best. Due to past injuries I was dealing with constant setbacks and loosing motivation with every new workout I tried. Now I am on my way to being self sufficient at the gym again. The equipment and staff are perfect for Me and My goals.

5 stars! It’s been nice seeing old friends from CrossFit and doing similar programmed workouts. Great atmosphere and friendly vibe and just the right amount of equipment. I feel at home here!
