I was pretty indecisive today. Got stuck between 3 pairs for about 45 minutes, and this was at 6:15 and they closed at 7 for a special week before Christmas thing. Dr. Teten was an absolute treat. Was super thorough with the exam, explained anll the details and showed me retina images…and answered all my questions/educated me several times. I’m 50…so I can learn some new tricks. Really felt like I’d known her for years. Finally, great frame selection and professionalism with the optician. Great value (especially with my VPS plan). They answered all his questions and made it a fun experience for him. It was another good experience. The eye exam was very thorough, and the doctor advised that because my prescription had changed so much just in the past year, it would be best to order new glasses now rather than wait a couple of months for my insurance to cover it. I would possibly need another exam by then. They were able to give me a 20% discount, so I told them I would order the glasses now rather than wait. It made sense that this was the best course of action, and I was pleased that they could give me the discount as well. Less

The staff is great. This was for my yearly appointment. We discussed what is currently going on with my eye. Also, I have a bug bite on my eyelid and she told me how to care for it. The optician helped me find a pair of glasses within my price range. They have the latest eye care equipment, no more drops! No blurry, light sensitive vision after the appointment. Less

We took our twin boys in for their very first eye exam realizing immediately we’d be in such amazing hands. We walked in with them already knowing their names, asking the boys questions and immediately escorting us to an exam room.
