I hadn’t been to get an eye exam in over 15 years! I was very impressed with not only how quick I got an appointment which was same day and all the staff at navigation I care that I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I will be taking my in-laws there for their exams. Most importantly it I was able to walk away from the visit, satisfied that I had the right prescription! The doctor and all of the staff there was absolutely amazing absolutely amazing absolutely amazing! I don’t usually hear the reviews, but this one I absolutely had to give.

I had such a wonderful experience at Navigation Eye Care! The entire staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The doctor was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me understand my options and determine what would be most beneficial for my eyes. I really appreciated how much she cared about helping me find the best solution.I also want to give special recognition to the young lady who helped me choose my glasses. She was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about finding the perfect glasses for me. I especially appreciated her honesty when a pair didn’t look quite right on me. She was attentive, knew what to look for, and helped me find the perfect pair without taking a long time.I have never had someone help me so much when choosing glasses. Her honesty, patience, and expertise made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I went to Navigation Eye Care myself and had such a great experience that I booked my son too. I mixed up our appointment day (thought it was Tuesday, but it was Thursday), and they still got us in, which I'm so grateful for. We're about 35 minutes away and have to go through tolls, but it's worth the drive for a good experience. Highly recommend!

We specifically looked for an eye doctor that specializes in pediatric eye care for our son who is 5 years old and chose the one closest to where we live. The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Tetan is amazing with my son and super knowledgeable and down to earth. The office itself is gorgeous and they give complimentary beverages for patients and customers. I definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Navigation Eye Care! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed. The office was incredibly clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. They had books and toys to keep little ones entertained, along with coffee and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.My daughter had the pleasure of seeing Dr. T, and she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. We never once felt rushed!Another huge plus was their selection of eyeglass frames! They had so many options for both adults and children, making it easy to find something.Hands down, this was the best experience we've ever had at an eye doctor! It's not often you find a practice that combines exceptional care with such a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We are so thankful to have found Navigation Eye Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care, especially families with children!

They really do work hard to take care of you like family. Called them after 8am hoping for an emergency appointment for my Son due to an eye injury and without hesitation they had is in the office in 1 hour. The staff also showed great patience as my Son is not easy to deal with when he is hurt, they kept calm and we walked out with no more tears. Thanks Navigation Team!

Excellent all around! You can actually call and talk to someone to schedule your appointment. Everyone is very accommodating and kind. The office is neurodivergent friendly. Dr. Teten and Miranda were incredible with my son who generally does not do well at the eye doctor. Exceeded my expectations! ALL staff were absolutely amazing!
