Can’t say enough good things about Mike Brindle and Stay Dry Waterproofing. He came out to my house to assess my basement water issue the same day I called. After looking at the problem, instead of selling me on a solution or upselling me, he gave me advice on how I could cheaply remedy the situation on my own and walked me through the steps. He refused to charge me anything for the assessment or advice. Who does that these days? He could have taken advantage of the situation and made money on me, but instead generously gave of his time and knowledge. That is the kind of person I want to do business with and promote. I inquired about a quote/solution to moisture getting through my cinder blocks in my basement. Mike called me less than an hour after I sent in the inquiry asking for details and pictures of my problem. I sent him the pictures and he called me back after looking at them and told me exactly what I needed to do to relieve the problem on my own for free. He had the opportunity to create a job and get some money out of me, but he took the honest route and told me how to handle it. I would have no hesitation to use them for any other problems I have. Just a very honest, local company who is here to help.

I didn’t get any work done by this company but if I ever need waterproofing I will most definitely be using them! I called because my sump pump was messed up and my original company had gone out of business (was supposed to have a life time warranty) the sweet lady on the phone gave me great advice and I was able to get in touch with who bought out my old installer. They don’t just want your money they truly care and I am so happy businesses like this still exist !
