From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine kindness and care. The front receptionist is especially warm, welcoming, and friendly. She always greets you with such kindness and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff creates an environment where you feel cared for rather than feeling like just another patient.Dr. Yousofi has helped my back pain tremendously after only a few visits. I don’t feel it anymore and I am able to now preform more tasks when I wasn’t before. I am especially nervous about having my neck adjusted, and I tend to tense up because I have a difficult time allowing my body to relax. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding. She never pressures me or makes me feel uncomfortable. Instead, she listens to my concerns and uses other techniques to treat and adjust my neck properly without forceful cracking. She makes sure I feel safe throughout the entire process.Dr. Yousofi is also one of the warmest people you will ever meet. Her smile alone makes you feel more relaxed and welcomed. You can genuinely tell that she loves helping people and truly cares about every patient who walks into her office.What I appreciate most is that this does not feel like a rushed, corporate-style clinic where every appointment is limited to 15 minutes. My name is Debbie and I have an active life style which includes golfing, mountain biking, fitness workouts, etc. Upon entering my 50’s I began to experience knee pain which continued to get worse with an increasing pain element. At 56 years of age I decided to try the Birch Pain and Spine clinic. Specifically I was introduced to Dr. Sclafani who explained a PRP procedure which I decided to try. I was treated at the Tracy location by Dr. Sclafani, Megan and Anna. The procedure was handled very professionally and painless. The recovery was amazingly good. My knee pain subsided and virtually disappeared in 3 to 4 weeks. With a couple of additional treatments my knee pain is gone and my active lifestyle is back to normal pain free. I recommend this staff to anyone for treatment they were great!

If you are living in pain you MUST go see Dr. Lina. She treats the CAUSE of your pain rather than masking it with cortisone injections and pain meds. I had been going to an orthopedic doctor for several years for my knee pain (both knees) I underwent arthroscopic surgery on one knee that determined my cartilage was breaking down and completely gone in some areas. The surgery was very painful and did not give me any relief from the pain. After that I was functioning by receiving cortisone injections every two months (which I later learned from Dr. Lina actually damages cartilage) My orthopedic doctor said I was too young for a knee replacement (I am 50) I happened to see an ad for Birch Pain & Spine Group and I contacted them for an appointment. After my initial consultation, my husband and I agreed that this treatment plan was worth a try. I now have the strength back in my knees, I can climb stairs without holding onto the handrail, I can sit down and get up without pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Lina and nurse Olga who clearly are passionate about helping people become pain free. Thank you!!

I can't thank Physian Assistant Marilyn at Birch Pain & Spine Group enough! After several months of pain in my right arm, wrist, & thumb I was no longer able to use my right hand. Instead of surgery Marilyn told me about trigger point injections. She gave me trigger point injections to ease the pain & now the pain is almost nothing & I am able to use my hand again. Marilyn also treated my shoulder for pain & I am happy to say the pain is almost gone. Thank-you Marilyn!!!

August 24, 2021 I was barely able to walk into the Birch Pain & Spine Group with the help of a walker. 30 years on my feet in the Nursing Profession caused a lot of damage to both my knees. MRI to my right knee revealed, Chondromalacia Patella ( snap, crackle and pop of my knee caps), torn Meniscus (medial and Lateral), fissures, spurs, effusions, scarring and cyst..... I was clearly considered a Knee Replacement candidate.... I happened to come across a post from my long-time friend and co-worker Marilyn and was intrigued on a service she was proficient in and was providing at this clinic, Human Cellular Tissue product treatments.... Upon my initial evaluation I failed to pass any of her physical tests to determine my level of function... I was devastated but she was hopeful. I was immediately fitted with bilateral braces and felt a significant relief in pain almost immediately. I started PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment that same week..... 5 weeks of PRP once a week and 1 treatment of HCTP (Human Cellular Tissue Products) on the 6th week... Dr. Yousofi is the best chiropractor I've ever worked with. During my initial session, Dr. Yousofi spent an hour educating me about functional neurology and how chiropractic can not only help structural discomfort but improve the speed at which information is sent between our brain and nerves. When it was time for an adjustment, she listened closely and asked questions to understand the issues that brought me there and customized my adjustment to meet my needs. Unlike many chiropractors I've gone to, Dr. Yousofi takes her time and doesn't just do the same thing over and over again. Her practice is integrative. I came in with a shoulder injury I had been dealing with for years and it finally got to the point where I couldn't cross my arm over my body. She suggested we incorporate cupping in addition to massage and chiropractic. After about 3-4 sessions of cupping around my shoulder and upper back, my shoulder feels like it did before my injury. I would recommend Dr. Yousofi to anyone. She is incredible.

Ive been going to doctor Yousofi for over 1 year now due to an old work injury that continues to give me pain and suffering without doctor Yousophie's treatments I would be unable to move and get through my day-to-day activities. Dr. Lina is amazing! She has helped me a ton with my plantar fasciitis as well as my lower back issues. Every time I leave her office I feel relief! She is very helpful and caters to what you need. Even after the adjustment she will ask how it feels and if it’s not quite right she will try again, and the second time she definitely gets it right! A definite 5 star chiropractic office!
