ESS (Electro-Mechanical Engineering Services) have been fantastic in supporting us. They have carried out high-quality overhauls on our pumps and motors, restoring equipment to a reliable standard and helping us avoid repeat failures. Just as importantly, they have responded excellently to last-minute breakdown call-outs, attending promptly, diagnosing the issues quickly and getting plant back online with minimal disruption. Their engineers are professional, practical and easy to work with. We would highly recommend ESS for both planned overhaul work and emergency support.
