Phoenix Rising had been recommended to us. They were brilliant from start to finish. They were hugely efficient packing up all of our stuff, moving it, storing it (while we renovated new house), and then returning our stuff. All of it came back without any damage, and the guys were really careful not to damage carpets and walls when they brought everything back in. They were really good at their job, and the whole process (at a stressful time) much exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

I’ve had dealings with Ryan for over 5 years now both professionally and personally. As a letting agent, I have recommended them to many tenants over the years and they have always delivered (pun intended!) - punctual, polite and very good at what they do. In addition to this, the guys really went above and beyond with regard to moving my parents out of a 4 storey townhouse and splitting the move between the new house and storage facility… not the easiest of situations for them but the lads took it in their stride. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When we decided to move I asked our neighbours which removal company they had used. They said that they, and all their family, always used Phoenix Rising Removals Southern Ltd. and wouldn't use anyone else. We were fortunate enough to get a slot (just!) as they are extremely busy and I can see why. I can't think that there is a better removal team in the country. Unbelievably, efficient, hard-working, courteous, charming, good-humoured and with a 'nothing was too much trouble' attitude, they made the whole process as hassle-free as possible. If I could, I would score them 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you so much. Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant 6 gentleman came to my Bungalow and they really were gentlemen very friendly efficient and pleasant. They arrived at 7 50 and was packed up and ready to go by nine o’clock. As a lady on my own I felt very safe and secure thank you guys so much . Very highly recommended . 👍👍👍👍👍
