We had been sceptical about hiring someone to move us as we had an awful nightmare company move my daughter.These three gentlemen who helped us move house couldn’t have been nicer, handled our property with care and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble for them.When we got to the new house they unpacked into the rooms designated and when there were a few changes , they just went with them with no complaints.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who was thinking of moving.Thankyou you have renewed my faith in removal companies or rather one in particular Phoenix Rising Removals. Our home move with Phoenix Rising was absolutely fantastic, from the initial contact, Quote & all administration activities with Ryan, to the brilliant removal team, quick, professional, courteous.Everything went a smoothly as we could have hoped.The guys never stopped moving on a 31 Degree C hot day, nothing lost, nothing misplaced & absolutely no damage.Packaging supplied a couple of weeks before the move & picked up a couple of weeks after, allowed us to pack & unpack at our own pace & in the order we wanted, again minimising any stressful situation.Finally we found the price of the move totally reasonable for the service provided & would definitely use Phoenix again, if ever we needed to move.We would 100% recommend Phoenix to anyone looking for a removals service in their operating area.Thank you Phoenix Team 👍😊
