The Positives;The cabins are great, well laid out, clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, electric blankets provided, they have everything you need for an overnight or few nights stay. Some even have covered parking bays.The service is great, I love that you don't have to go to the office once you arrive if you've booked online, you get an sms early in the day detailing your cabin number and key code, so you can drive straight in and unpack without stopping.When I have required staff, one time for flat tv remote batteries, they were relatively quick to attend my needs and were happy, friendly sorting things out.Both cabins I stayed in (Deluxe 1 Bedroom Villa & 2 Bedroom Villa) were cpap friendly.The park itself is usually quiet and peaceful, sitting right on the edge of town, far enough away from the highway that its not a disturbance, its clean and picturesque with big gums dotted around in and outside the park.Aside from one time that I had atrociously rude neighbours disturbing my rest, each stay here has been a relaxing experience.The Negatives;The only negatives I could say about the place, and the first is nit picking really, is that the roads around the park aren't sealed and in the rain get quite boggy and pot holed. Not a big deal for me, but it does reduce the appeal of the place during winter.That and the prices are very high for what you get, online does give you peak and off-peak pricing, however I'm yet to see the off-peak pricing and here we are in the middle of winter 🤷‍♂️ there are cheaper alternatives in Millicent 35mins drive away, and by cheaper I mean $25 a night cheaper (closer to $30 when you add the sneaky online fees and charges) (prices at time of stay 7/26) for a cabin that's identical. If you're staying a week or more that's a substantial chunk of change, same goes for me who does this trip twelve times a year, so either I'll see some off-peak pricing soon or I'll find a new rest stop for my regular travels.Overall its a nice quiet caravan park, that's comfortable and has friendly helpful staff.
