Good at communication, sort of. Job was quoted consisting of three things within the project, loose stairs, loose floorboards, and replace the burnt out LED post caps. In fairness, Paul did advise that one of the three items, the floorboards, was dependent on being able to access an area under the deck. Although that was not possible, Paul still requested the FULL PRICE as quoted for three projects on the same job even though only one of the three, the stairs, was completed. Not sure the one project was worth the price of all three, but Paul did a quality job on the stairs. GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITING and ITEMIZE IT - trust me!
