Part one of two part project - fantastic job by Paul and the team replacing rotting trim on both wood posts and facia boards on a very large 20 + year timber and concrete deck. We liked the work so much that Paul will be back in the spring to replace some additional post trim that were not originally on the brief

Paul was a pleasure to work with. Dealing with the owner from day one has its advantages. Easy to contact and kept to the schedule. Very happy with the cost for the work he performed. Highly recommended.

Good at communication, sort of. Job was quoted consisting of three things within the project, loose stairs, loose floorboards, and replace the burnt out LED post caps. In fairness, Paul did advise that one of the three items, the floorboards, was dependent on being able to access an area under the deck. Although that was not possible, Paul still requested the FULL PRICE as quoted for three projects on the same job even though only one of the three, the stairs, was completed. Not sure the one project was worth the price of all three, but Paul did a quality job on the stairs. GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITING and ITEMIZE IT - trust me!

Review for Deck Renewal SpecialistsI highly recommend Deck Renewal Specialists. Paul Kirk is very personable, professional, and very easy to work with. It’s clear that this is a small family operation that takes great pride in the quality of their work and in keeping their customers satisfied.Their pricing is very competitive, and I especially appreciated that they don’t try to sell you on unnecessary products or services. They focus on what your deck actually needs rather than trying to upsell you.If you’re looking for honest, dependable service and quality workmanship, I would definitely recommend Deck Renewal Specialists.

Great craftsmanship, quality materials and competitive pricing. We are very satisfied with our deck resurfacing and rail replacement, both using Trex products. We highly recommend Paul for any deck remodel or repair project.
