I requested a quote online on a Sunday morning, and Shawn called me first thing Monday. He showed up a few days later, gave an estimate and explained what the crew would do.We had a few scheduling changes, but Shawn communicated well and always responded to my calls and texts promptly. When install day came, the crew was extremely friendly, went over the plan with me and worked quickly. They came back two days later to finish the job, leaving a great looking product.

My wife and I bought a house two years ago, and we inherited a number of problems from the previous owner who had let maintenance slip. We already knew our gutters were shot, and we like to do our homework when it comes to contractors. Being of the "pay once, do it right, set it and forget it" mindset, I turned to Reddit and other word of mouth, and ADK Gutter Pros was at the top of the list. Sean was responsive via e-mail, which is a bit of a test I use to size folks up.Sean came out, did an estimate, and broke the bad news I already knew that we'd need a total gutter replacement. He really shined, however, when he pointed out several structural flaws the previous gutters had, as well as sections of the house and detached garage that never had gutters and should have, and the structural erosion that was happening because of it. We worked out the estimate, made a plan, and waited.When the day finally came, Sean and crew showed up promptly, and were extremenly professional. They got straight to work, and while there were a few hiccups with supplies, Sean and his team made it right and went above and beyond to provide professional service, making sure we were happy at multiple times along the way. They used proper tools and hardware, and left very little mess behind.A few weeks after they left now, I can say confidently that the new gutters perform extremely well, and the musty smell in our basement is gone from where water was pooling near the founation after rain/snow melting. They also look amazing; good product installed with clean lines, etc. Price was a little higher than national chain type folks, but you get what you pay for, and we love to support local small businesses with a strong local presence and a good reputation, which I'm happy to add to here.Strongly recommend ADK Gutters; I don't think I'll ever have to hire them again, which is why I recommend them to you.
