My 10 yo started the program last year and she is still very excited to go train. Coach Gerard is very passionate about his training and teaching. He knows how to connect with the kids and keep them interested in learning. The gym is always very clean and has a great atmosphere. The schedule is flexible so it's easy to find at least 1 day a week to train. The classes are build around the students' age and training level. They are challenging enough for my kid to have a great workout and learn self defense techniques. Less

I really enjoyed the self defense training for women. The trainers were very good and professional. The basic techniques learned are life lessons to apply in uncomfortable or dangerous situations. It's good to take a refresher class. Excellent class! Less

This firearms class was amazing! Gerard was very organized with everything and kept the class entertained throughout. I learned so much about firearms and can honestly say I feel prepared to purchase one for my safety.
