We reached out to primal solutions because of a recommendation from Elisa, who had previously worked with them. Brady was very responsive and replied to my email that same day. He was able to come out fairly quickly to have a look at the job. He answered all our questions and concerns. Was able to work within our budget. His team was able to come out the following week and complete the job within the time frame allowed. Who knew with this lovely weather in February we could complete a small patio job. His team was very professional, meticulous, detail oriented, cleaned everything up very well and the stairs look fantastic. Didn't make it easy with a house that's so old like ours and everything's not level or straight, but they handled it well. Very happy that we won't have anyone fall through the old rotten ones. We will definitely be reaching out to Brady and his team for more jobs on our 1910 home in the future.

Brady and his crew took on a massive project to remove a 20 year old, 3 foot high retaining wall, move it and build a new one as well as move 3 other smaller walls and install chain link around our large yard. I have to give a big shoutout to Brady at Primal Solutions for a number of reasons. My husband and I bought our house almost 7 years ago with the intention of adding a staircase inside the house and renovating the kitchen. We had several people come by over the years to give us quotes, however every single one of them either ghosted, told us it was not possible within our budget (or at all), or decided the job was too small or too big for them. I was starting to lose hope, until I came across Primal Solutions. I sent an email and Brady responded that same evening and agreed to come take a look later that week.Brady came by as promised and I went over what we wanted to have done. To me, it did seem very daunting and maybe that’s why a lot of other contractors were not interested in this job – basically having to put a giant hole on the main floor to add stairs so we could get to the basement without having to go outside, along with a kitchen renovation at the same time. We agreed to do a little demo to first make sure it was even possible in our old 1952 house. After we figured out that it would be, we decided to continue with the renovation, and I felt very confident that Brady and his guys would be the ones who we would trust to do the work.Although the renovation took a little longer than originally anticipated due to some unforeseen circumstances (and at no fault of Primal Solutions), we were ecstatic when the renovations were complete. Brady was always very communicative, answered our 300 (probably more) questions, was very open with what was going on, etc. Brady and his team were always very kind to our 5 year old son as well, which is always a bonus to me too. Since we were still living in our house during the renovation, they made sure to clean up as best they could every night and tried their hardest to give us our kitchen back as soon as they could. If there were any minor touch-ups that needed to be done at the end of the job, Brady wanted us to let him know about them, so he could fix it and make sure we were happy with the end result.We are hoping to have Primal Solutions back for more renovations next year since we have established that trust with Brady and I’ve already given their contact to several people who have asked for recommendations!I've included some before/progress/after photos too!
