What a special experience! From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed, calming space, you can feel the powerful, loving energy of Dr. Castanos and her team! I was gifted my Watsu water massage, so I didn’t really know what to expect. When I entered the perfectly heated pool, Judy explained what she would be doing, and then then attached little floats to my legs. She moved me slowly through the water, gently twisting, stretching, and giving me a relaxing Shiatsu-like massage. My favorite part was at the end, when she rang the singing bowl in the water and I could feel the vibrations through me from head to toe! When she was done, there was no tension anywhere in my body. I felt incredibly nurtured and I was like a piece of kelp happily floating in a warm, calm sea. Pure bliss!!!!!

The Watsu massage session with Judy was an experience I won't soon forget. Judy explains everything, makes you feel immediately comfortable and as you experience this water massage you realize that you're in the hands of a true master of the technique. It's something hard to describe and something you just need to experience for yourself. I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated.

This place literally changed my life. I was in so much pain, low quality of life, unable to enjoy any activities. I was recommended the acupuncture treatments offered here and started going regularly, and I think I actually cried the first session because my pain went away. The highlight of my week was coming here, and it literally saved me. The whole staff, including the receptionist who would text to check in with me truly made it a haven. I got an astrology reading from Tiffany, and had a really wonderful experience! They are super knowledgeable and kind about how they relay and explain your chart info. We went into some pretty great detail too. They were also really receptive to answering questions. I have had people comment on my chart before (even a professional astrologer) and it didn’t sit with me right because they used some pretty black and white language to describe “negative” placements. What I really liked about Tiffany’s reading is they see charts and placements as neutral, and never gave any big negative declarations about my chart. It was just really helpful! Highly recommend:)

Such a great experience. I came in for an Acupuncture appointment and came out feeling in bliss. Tiffany at the front is very warm and welcoming along with the Acupuncturist who was warm and very communicative and informative. She explained the Japanese acupuncture method and gave me plenty of space to share my physical and emotional pain that brought me here. She even explained to me where I may need more supplements based off what I shared which was very helpful. I am pregnant in my third trimester and she was able to keep me comfortable during the treatment as well. I had one acupuncture experience before this one and did not nearly feel the benefits or felt as comfortable than my appointment here. Overall the community here feels welcoming and I know they offer a lot more such as therapy, yoga etc. I will be coming back soon in prep for labor and postpartum!

Stepping into the ReConnect center is like stepping into home. It is a place of love and safety. The vision that Dr Castanos had for this place has been realized. There are so many services that are offered, from psychotherapy, water therapy, several different yoga classes, diet and lifestyle changes, acupuncture and massage….too much info to list.
