I’m leaving an honest and balanced review based on my personal experience.On the positive side, the outcome of my case was very good, and for that I am genuinely grateful. What initially looked like a severe situation was reduced significantly. I only spent one night in jail for processing, completed a 36-hour course, had jail fees reduced, and paid a much lower fine than expected. From a results standpoint, their legal work made a real difference, and I appreciate that.However, after the main outcome was achieved, my experience became more difficult, mainly due to communication delays and confusion around post-case requirements.During the only court appearance I attended, I arrived early and experienced a lot of anxiety when my attorney did not arrive when I was told to expect him and was unreachable by phone at the time. Throughout the remainder of the process, responses to questions often took several days, which made it hard to make informed, time-sensitive decisions confidently.One of the more frustrating parts involved guidance I followed in good faith regarding an ignition interlock device. Based on the advice I received, I had the device installed, believing it would help avoid a no-driving period. Months later, I learned that I was still subject to a suspension for reasons that were not initially clear. While I understand that some of this came down to discretionary decisions by the MVD and was not entirely within my attorney’s control, the lack of clarity upfront resulted in significant extra costs, time, and stress on my end.To be fair, my attorney did take the time to investigate and explain what happened once the issue became clear, and I don’t believe there was any ill intent. Still, the experience left me feeling that more proactive communication and clearer guidance earlier on could have prevented a lot of unnecessary hardship.Overall, I would say this firm delivers strong legal results, but clients should be prepared to stay very engaged, ask detailed follow-up questions, and be persistent when it comes to communication—especially during the administrative side of the process after court.This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.ork a DBA of AC Law Group PLLC

Awesome experience! I was very scared & nervous to have a criminal traffic ticket, but with Taylor & Ray team, I was able to relax and let them handle with my case.They reassured me, and told me the length of time they’ll work on my case. After nearly 6 months of waiting, I'm happy to share that with the help of Taylor and his awesome team, I got my criminal traffic ticket lowered to a civil ticket.The process was incredibly straight forward. These guys offer a payment plan. They did the work in the background and all I had to do was submit relevant documents and show up to court.Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable of the way the court system works. He knows who he's working with and he knows exactly what to do to maneuver around obstacles.
