I was such a fan of this place and I even recommended them to friends. Customer service has really gone down hill. When you picked up your glasses they would sit down with you and make sure they fit right. They would make tweaks to frames if they were lopsided or looked off. This is done. They certainly have someone sitting with you to try to get extra procedures and add this and that to your lenses. All of this is fair but they certainly don’t have the care they used to after they’ve already collected your money. I’m going to start to look for a different place. Less

As a long time Maui Jim customer, I planned to order new Maui Jim frames and lenses. Sandra mentioned that ordering only new lenses was an option since my frames were in good condition.
