I am so thankful that I found these folks! I have had many issues with muscular and joint pain throughout my adult life. And with that, I have had many different physical therapy experiences. RPM is by far, head and shoulders above any place I have been to before. Not only are all of the therapists and trainers here experienced and knowledgeable, they are also very good at explaining what and why they are treating your issues the way that they are. Nick and Logan have helped tremendously with my rotator cuff and lower back issues. Also my time with Ryan and Josh has been a pleasure. Aaron on the training side has got me working with an excellent lifting routine. And of course Madison and Madelaine always greet you with a big smile! I have been going to Rpm Physical Therapy for seven years. The staff and professionalism continues to be exceptional. After trying two other physical therapy facilities, I finally found a place that truly made a difference in my recovery. From the moment I started treatment, I felt like the therapists genuinely cared about my progress and took the time to understand my goals. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. They created a personalized plan that helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence after my ACL surgery. Unlike my previous experiences, I never felt like just another patient. Every session was purposeful, and the team consistently challenged me while ensuring I was progressing safely. The positive environment and quality of care have made a huge impact on my recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help me get back to doing the things I enjoy. I suffered a career-ending workplace injury in September, 2016. For over 9 years I suffered daily mid-back pain, it began 11 am every morning. I tried everything!In a very short period of time, Jason and his team have given me MY LIFE BACK. The staff provided a list of at home exercises and ensured I was doing each of them properly with videos, etc.Each person I worked at RPM with (very grateful shout outs to Ryan, Josh, and Nailah) made me feel comfortable and really cared for. This place is amazing. Every single aspect is exactly what Iv been searching for in a PT clinic. Iv had some hip/back issues for a long time, iv sought out help from many other health care professionals with not much help. Not only did Megan immediately identify my issue in the first consultation, but she demonstrated how knowledgable and capable the clinic was as a whole. I then worked with Logan who has been absolutely incredible. I had a noticeable difference after just the first session. His knowledge is top tier and he has helped me tremendously. The whole front desk staff is so kind and helpful, and the owner genuinely wants to help people. This whole clinic is great, they are the gold standard of the industry. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go, hands down, no contest.

RPM is the best! Truly caring. Super responsive. Always friendly. Most of all—they solved problems my past PTs had not, they consider the whole body so you’re not setting yourself up for other injuries, and they give you the tools to stay strong and healthy. RPM has truly been a gift to my family. My parents, who are both in their 80s, have been going there for a couple of years, and I cannot say enough about the care, respect, and kindness they receive. The entire staff absolutely adores them, treats them with genuine warmth, and most importantly has helped them stay mobile, and active as they age. As a daughter, that peace of mind is priceless.I personally had been dealing with chronic neck pain for over five years and finally decided to start physical therapy at RPM (years after my mom first encouraged me to go!). I honestly wish I had started sooner. The improvement in my quality of movement has been remarkable. Everyone there is truly top notch, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and deeply invested in their patients’ well-being.From the very beginning I met Ryan, my physical therapist, took the time to listen, understand my goals, and create a plan that actually worked for my body. My trainer, Dani, is equally incredibe and kind, encouraging, and attentive. Together, they have made such a meaningful difference in my recovery. And no matter if you have a different therapist they are all as exceptional- Nick, Logan and Megan, all of them! Rob is also another remarkable trainer who works with my Mom and I cannot say enough good things about him!At my very first meeting with Ryan and the owner Jonathan, I was asked a simple but powerful question: “What would you like to be able to do?” I said I wanted to be able to throw a ball with my son again without pain.
