I am so thankful that I found these folks! I have had many issues with muscular and joint pain throughout my adult life. And with that, I have had many different physical therapy experiences. RPM is by far, head and shoulders above any place I have been to before. Not only are all of the therapists and trainers here experienced and knowledgeable, they are also very good at explaining what and why they are treating your issues the way that they are. Nick and Logan have helped tremendously with my rotator cuff and lower back issues. Also my time with Ryan and Josh has been a pleasure. Aaron on the training side has got me working with an excellent lifting routine. And of course Madison and Madelaine always greet you with a big smile! From the moment I started treatment, I felt like the therapists genuinely cared about my progress and took the time to understand my goals. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. They created a personalized plan that helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence after my ACL surgery. Unlike my previous experiences, I never felt like just another patient. I suffered a career-ending workplace injury in September, 2016. For over 9 years I suffered daily mid-back pain, it began 11 am every morning. This place is amazing. Every single aspect is exactly what Iv been searching for in a PT clinic. Iv had some hip/back issues for a long time, iv sought out help from many other health care professionals with not much help. Not only did Megan immediately identify my issue in the first consultation, but she demonstrated how knowledgable and capable the clinic was as a whole. I then worked with Logan who has been absolutely incredible. I had a noticeable difference after just the first session. His knowledge is top tier and he has helped me tremendously. The whole front desk staff is so kind and helpful, and the owner genuinely wants to help people. This whole clinic is great, they are the gold standard of the industry. RPM has truly been a gift to my family. My parents, who are both in their 80s, have been going there for a couple of years, and I cannot say enough about the care, respect, and kindness they receive. The entire staff absolutely adores them, treats them with genuine warmth, and most importantly has helped them stay mobile, and active as they age. As a daughter, that peace of mind is priceless.I personally had been dealing with chronic neck pain for over five years and finally decided to start physical therapy at RPM (years after my mom first encouraged me to go!). I honestly wish I had started sooner. The improvement in my quality of movement has been remarkable. Everyone there is truly top notch, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and deeply invested in their patients’ well-being.From the very beginning I met Ryan, my physical therapist, took the time to listen, understand my goals, and create a plan that actually worked for my body. My trainer, Dani, is equally incredibe and kind, encouraging, and attentive. Together, they have made such a meaningful difference in my recovery. And no matter if you have a different therapist they are all as exceptional- Nick, Logan and Megan, all of them! I slept wrong on the plane. I jacked my shoulder. Four weeks later, in severe, chronic pain, unable to sleep, bend over, sit comfortably or even walk without it hurting reached out to RPM.I did a courtesy consultation with Jonathan, who was incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable about how to address my shoulder issues. He was so reassuring and put me at ease with his heart, passion and expertise for getting people out of pain and keeping them out of pain and mobile.I am thrilled to say that 6 PT sessions later (and doing the simple, assigned exercises twice daily) I am about 80% back to normal and trending upward quickly!I was assigned to a very talented PT, Dr. Logan, who really knows his stuff! I was very nervous and in lots of pain and he made sure and still does make sure to go slow in each modality and checks in often to make sure I’m ok. Productive pain- yes. Painful pain- no. I trust him completely and he’s made a world of difference.I’m still in process but almost there— the proverbial—‘I see light at the end of the tunnel!’ I’m sleeping through the night, I can sit, bend over and walk pain free! I feel like myself again! Now… just some strengthening and tweaks. I’m SO grateful a friend recommended RPM.The whole team - from the time I walk in, until I walk back out the door- are warm, caring, kind and know their stuff! Rick has saved my life. I had siatica so severe for 1 year. I was barely walking with a cemetrical hip displacement and pelvic displacement from falling down a few stairs...i had lost hope in my life bc the pain was so severe. I’d been having quite severe leg pain for about 2 years. Driving and flying were painful and it interrupted my sleep. I went to 4 different surgeons who all recommended a wide variety of options from removal of 2 vertebrae to absolutely nothing required. I finally decided to try RPM because many of my friends had had success there with long term ailments. I went for my free evaluation and was told by Megan that she could fix my problem. About 9 months later I am pain free and NO surgery was required!! She lived up to my expectations, clearly explained my issues and gave me solutions. I would recommend their practice to anyone who has not had success with PT in the past. These folks know what they’re doing.

I’ve had a hip flexor tendinitis issue for 2 years. Lots of pain. Went to multiple doctor’s visits and therapists to try and fix this problem but nothing helped. I researched PT clinics that practice alternative treatments including manual manipulation and dry needling and found RPM. I was skeptical at first but after giving it a try I felt better after the first treatment. Obviously one treatment isn’t enough to fix a problem that’s been around for 2 years but it was the first relief I had felt since the problem started. I’m still going once a week and have advanced in mobility, strength, and am mostly pain free day to day now only after about 6 weeks. I will still need to maintain but overall I feel much better than I did before I started with RPM.
