My sessions with Chris was the first positive PT experience I’ve had. I came in with a sudden knee pain/instability that I had left unattended for a while which made it very difficult to play volleyball or pickleball.He helped me identify causes, access my mobility and strengthen supporting muscles so that I can start ramping back up in sports.I liked that he takes the time to provide insight and share knowledge so that I can better understand my body as well as provide guided workouts/stretches that I can do inside and out of PT sessions.Now, I have a steady warm up plan that I do before sports/gym and have strengthened my knees/joints enough to play volleyball and pickleball 3-5 days a week without any issues. Feeling much more comfortable and confident with my joints and muscles than before.

I’ve had neck pain for a long time from sitting all day studying. It's often caused me to get headaches and migraines.Chris was able to quickly identify some stretches and strengthening exercises to help relieve my issue. Even after just one visit, I felt a major improvement.Being a student I’m a busy person and he was able to accommodate to my schedule which made it much easier to follow through. I saw Chris at Weak End Physical Therapy for 3 months. I do triathlons and was dealing with runners knee on and off for about 1 year. The pain would come and go and would prevent me from really pushing my limits when it came to training for my races. Chris was able to work with me and identify weak links that contributed to my issue, and delivered a plan on day 1 that helped me quickly feel better and run more smoothly. The next few months, he made progressions to the plan, which helped keep the progress going, all while I was still running and training for my races.When the time came, I was able shorten my race time!I highly recommend anyone looking for a physical therapist to go here.

I had been dealing with lower back pain and sciatica for years. I’ve been to other doctors and was given injections that didn’t do much. I was told by my coworker to go to Chris, and was skeptical at first. At the first visit, Chris was very understanding of my situation. He listened throughly, did a whole body exam, and helped me pinpoint some areas that may have been the issue. No one else ever seemed to explain to me what was going on. After working with him for 5 months, my pain had all but gone away, and I was able to sit all day at work without pain.Highly recommend!
