My experience with Elena Sanders relates to a private house rental in Broken Arrow. She handled communications, provided documents and accepted cash payments. The lease recorded a $1,000 security deposit, with a separate $185 amount for gas.A dispute arose over retaining the deposit when the tenancy ended early. I did not sign the proposed agreement forfeiting it. After my signed demand dated August 31 and a follow-up on October 17, no money had been returned as of October 28, 2026. I am willing to take legitimate, documented deductions into account, but I dispute the retention of the deposit.This review concerns my personal dealings with Elena. I am not claiming that Avenue23 Realty handled this tenancy. The dispute remains unresolved.
