I have been going to Henry’s Trailers for many years to service my jet ski trailers. They have always done a great job of identifying important preventative maintenance keeping my trailer great working order. They have multiple locations and carry almost anything a trailer could possibly need in stock making for quick turnaround times. They also provide a rescue service and navigate the intricacy’s of dealing with insurance claims from start to finish if you do have a problem. These guys are the best in the business. This is only my opinion experience and I do a lot of google reviews, and if you want to do business with Henry's do not take my word for it, go ahead and call them or stop by and find out.Commerciales:I can understand the frustration of some of the reviewers and their low ratings, I don't agree fully with, But I can totally understand because the person that take calls, do estimates, invoices from start to finish is just a tiny bit abrupt. And I don't mean any disrespect whatsoever. But she sort of interrupted many times on the phone and in person and dictated that they were busy and not to ask the employees about questions.and give her a call instead.I am only stating the events.Technical part:Johnny, Shaun and Diego are absolutely definitely most helpful, nice, assuring, respectful and knowledgeable.From the get going, once my axle was there, they helped carrying it and answering my questions since it was a custom built piece.The turn around time was the shortest. In a couple of days, they built much better axle than the original one. A bit pricey (cost me double for a direct replacement part online) but you get a local service (direct interaction), high quality materials and no waiting for shipping or wrong part sent or buyer pays for shipping return cost etc.I have 3 trailers in total, This business is andWill be my first option to go to for sure. I can vouch that extremely nice people work here. On 9/5/23, our trailer got a flat tire on Woodside Ave. The most kind man by the name lan (I believe) stopped to help us change our tire, and he was a true lifesaver. Please correct me if I'm wrong on his name. Also, we just found the business card, so my apologies for the late review. Thank you so much for your help back in September. Great service. I had what I thought were defective hydraulic hoses in which they replaced without question when I returned them. However the second time I brought them back they performed a pressure test on the hoses and it turns out they were fine and that it was my installation that was defective. Great service for any trailer suspension needs! They have a mobile service that is expensive but helpful in an emergency. They also stock all the parts you could need to replace any suspension parts. We had the proprietary TT system installed on our 37’ fifth wheel to help protect the axles and suspension parts from excessive wear. Less

My hubs and bearings were shot on my dual axle 2014 Hideout 26RLS. I took my trailer into Henrys Trailers. I was greeted by a super cute and extremely knowledgeable service advisor named Holly. I was on a thin timeline and tight budget. I could not move my upcoming camping reservations for a lengthy repair. Holly moved mountains to make it happen and at a great price. What an amazing experience!! I did not know that they also did all trailer repairs. I made an appointment for August for them to fix all of my interior / cosmetic issues. I will never go to another service center!!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone who owns utility trailers, enclosed trailers, travel trailers, motorhomes, etc. THEY CAN DO IT ALL!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give Henry's more than 5 stars.We took our 5 horse trailer to a shop in Georgia (where we drove from) and told them to fix everything. The brakes were all messed up and the lights needed to be fixed as well. They got the lighting fixed but no brakes. Long story short they insisted my truck was the issue and on the road we went from GA to CA with no brakes.We found Henry's and immediately he seemed bright and worked with us on our tight time frame to head back to Georgia. They fixed a problem with the magnets and figured out where a wire had been pinched that connected to the brand new controller that the shop in GA insisted we needed.Henry's saved us and put us back on the road with working brakes! Holly sent 2 guys out today to put a shut off valve on trailer solenoid so I can back up when not connected to pickup. Great job! Even helpe me back it up with a hand dolly into a very tight area! Bonus service! 2nd time I’ve used them for my triple axel boat trailer. Will use again!! Less

Royce was very helpful, not only did they carry in Stock some wheel bearings that no one had in San Diego, he had the whole hub assembly, which for a few bucks more I saved time punching out races to replace them with new ones. Less
