I was traveling and my trailer’s tires went flat. I called Henry’s Trailers for help and was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days. I really needed to be to be on the road the next day. When I let the person know, she said let’s see what we can do and she put me on hold. When she came back to the call, she said someone was coming in the morning. They stayed true to their word and had me up and running by the afternoon. The price was fair and they had the foresight to bring a set of tires too. The service was excellent and I would recommend them to everyone!

The folks at Henry’s did a full run through of my trailer that had been sitting for a while. Completely up front and fair about all the pricing, and kept in contact during the process. Really recommend them for your trailer needs. When I picked it up when they were done, they went through everything they did, and told me how to keep it in tip top shape.

Enough POSITIVE, GLOWING, things can not be said about my experience with Henry's. Things went south real quick leading into the July 4th weekend with no vacancies anywhere, three pets, full-timers needing to move and no other service people willing or available and a really, really, broken leaf spring. Talk about nowhere to turn!And then Holly came to our rescue.She sent out a truck with Johnny who literally had us temp-fixed and out of the campground, on our way to the shop in like 30 minutes, plus, the guys stayed late to get us on the road before the weekend and Holly came in over the weekend to get us out of the hotel and back into our rig...plus she guided and helped us with who and where to send our claims to...I mean, talk about saving the day!I can't thank Holly and Henry's enough. They were so proficient in getting us repaired quickly and the fact that they were even willing to do them the night before a long, holiday weekend, and didn't try and gouge us either! Holly was up front, and she has a no-bs policy, this is what you need, this is what we can do, and they get it done. Right. Fast. As promised. You can't beat that in my book.Thank you again and again Henry's. The Voltage rides perfectly now.

My boat trailer was in bad shape. I had attempted to diagnose the issues myself, but it was a bit too challenging. I called Henry’s and they picked up the trailer and too it to their shop where they thoroughly tuned it up right. It worked flawlessly after the service. I had to tow our trailer to Arizona afterwards and there were no issues at all. They also have a location in Lake Havasu where I can get my regular maintenance done (which is convenient for me). In summary, great quality work.
