So far I’ve lost 10# in 2 mos and this medication has helped me to rethink about how I approach my food choices now. It has definitely helped me calm the food noise down and taken the anxiety away when I would begin to eat. I’m making much better food choices and I’ve noticed my energy has improved too. I do have to say that definitely drinking enough water throughout the day and more fiber intake has helped alleviate some of the symptoms I was experiencing. I’m so blessed to have found this medical practice to help me along in this journey.
