Align Therapy is a wonderful place for scoliosis treatment through Schroth; all of the physical therapists, Dave, Janessa, Corey, and Brad are so supportive and kind, and I have noticed significant difference in the reduction of my daughter’s spine curvature and muscle. The slanting slope of the muscles on her back have begun to even out, and she says that she feels stronger with each visit. Along with that, the daily Schroth exercises help her build lifetime consistency habits. I’m so glad that I was recommended here by Primary Children’s Hospital, it has truly made a difference.

Align Therapy is phenomenal! I have a moderate/severe curve that has caused a lot of pain throughout my years of pregnancies and carrying my young children. Within a couple of sessions, my back pain, posture, and flexibility have improved greatly! The staff is amazing-incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Highly recommend to anyone with scoliosis. Just wish I had gone to them years ago!

I was grateful for their approach to physical therapy by focusing on personal effort and teaching you how to use your body correctly to get the results you need.I worked with David, and he was focused on proper form, using the right muscles, and developing that mind-body connection so I could do each exercise effectively. I appreciated that he worked through the exercises with me instead of handing me off to someone else afterward like many other physical therapists do.Unlike other places I’ve been, they don’t overwhelm you with a billion exercises. They focus on the few that actually matter and are supported by the latest research, so you’re not wasting your time.I also really appreciate that they don’t make you come in more often than necessary just to supervise exercises you can do on your own. They teach you what you need to know so you can continue making progress independently, which respects both your time and your money.They were also really helpful in working with my insurance and making sure I had what I needed to submit for reimbursement. I really appreciated the extra help with that process.Highly recommend!

Came in for some assessment of aches on my body. Ended up buying 10 session package. Learned how to deal with day to day pains with targeted stretching. The team also targeted my sciatic pain, arm pain, calf, and Achilles pain with their array of equipment on these nagging issues and I have felt pain relief. The package came with a deep tissue massage. They have an app that reminds you of appointments and videos of your workouts and stretches. Staff is kind and amazing and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business!

I would give 10 stars if I could. After two months of appointments, I ran a marathon and hit a personal best by 45 minutes with no hip pain. Visible and tangible results, and the kindest, most fun and highly trained practitioners you’ll ever meet. They’re all getting invited to my wedding if I don’t die alone. But if I do die alone, at least you’ll find me in my casket with a straight spine!!
