Louie was great. He came to my my home in Islip to repair on my shower. I’m very happy. Louie will be my plumber from now on.

My family and I had an outstanding experience with Steve from Snake the Drain Plumbing. After getting quotes from 8 to 10 local plumbers, Steve was the only one whose pricing was genuinely reasonable. He laid out multiple clear options comparing a quick fix what some others may offer to a complete, thorough job—and explained why doing it right without taking shortcuts was the best path forward. After I accepted the quote late in the afternoon, he went above and beyond by working through the night to complete the job. Steve walked me through everything he installed and showed me exactly why the previous setup had failed. I couldn’t be happier with his honesty, dedication, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Steve and Snake the Drain for any plumbing needs!

Louie and team are AMAZING! They could tell I was in a jam and came out late Saturday after they were already done for the day. Truly professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable experts. Also very personable. I highly recommend!

First, I wholeheartedly support any small business that recognizes US Veterans like this company does. Overall, these guys were great, very responsive, professional, honest and just all around good guys. They showed up on time and did fast yet thorough work at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys, thanks again!

This post is long overdue, but I wanted to share the great experience I had with Snake The Drain this past June. I had a pipe broken in my basement during the installation of a new washing machine. Having no go to plumber, I googled plumbing services and decided to try Snake the Drain. I spoke with Louie who was so nice and he assured me that someone would come the same day to help me. Steve M. arrived a short time later installed a new pipe and brought my plumbing up to code. He was courteous; just a pleasure to speak with. Job was done neatly and took care of protecting my new washer and dryer while working . A fantastic job at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
