I have been with Century Heating since 2018. They are amazing, they have knowledge of my system. They provide amazing service and I am on their maintenance program, I did not have pay for the maintenance on my system. There is another issue that will be worked on and that one will be a fee, my appointment was scheduled quickly. Customer service is also amazing.

As a woman-owned business, I sometimes feel talked over or creeped out when working with contractors, but that never happened here. From the estimate to the office staff to the installation crew, I felt informed, respected, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this company!

Rowdy was phenomenal - he was so friendly and had an amazing breadth of knowledge. He was able to really quickly find the electrical root of the problem with our AC. I had a new Central air conditioner installed this morning from Century HVAC and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the two gentleman that installed my unit. These two installers were very knowledgeable courteous and extremely efficient! Usually a businesses employees are just an extension of the owners and or management who hire them! I will use and refer Century Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.

These guys were amazing! I had 3 systems removed and replaced with one that was set up to cover three zones which was something new for them. Charlie came out to analyze the situation and formulated a plan for removing and doing the new install and together we figured out the best solution. The team showed up and worked tirelessly for days doing removal and installation which appeared to go flawlessly. I am so happy with the results it’s hard to contain myself.

Of course, we needed our annual instruction on how to set the system to A/C mode [just like we need our annual instruction on how to set it back to heat mode ;^)] Helana patiently showed me how to do that (again). She checked all the inside minisplit units and found that the filters were clean and didn't need any servicing. She then completely cleaned and washed the heat pump/fan unit and got a surprising amount of leaf material out of the heat exchanger fins. I was impressed at how thorough she was at servicing our system - just like she was six months ago when we met her.I am thoroughly impressed with Century Heating &A/C Inc. Every person I have interacted with has been very friendly, professional, and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Their service is excellent and we are pleased to have them as a part of our family.

I’ve used Century for bi-annual maintenance since I bought my home, they’re reliable, friendly and I feel completely confident in their skill set! This is the first time I’ve needed a repair- Helana spotted a part that had gone bad in my AC unit. She had a replacement part in the truck and was able to fix it during the maintenance appointment!
