Me and my 17 year old brother started at blue gorilla a little of 2 months ago. Walked in a little nervous walked out like we just left our home. Professor Adam and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. If you don’t understand a move the whole gym is there to help you understand it and master it. I highly recommend blue gorilla to any adults and kids. I couldn’t say enough great things about this gym

When I started this gym, I did not know what to expect the community. There is amazing. coach Adam and Sherry are awesome people and just going there and having a good outlet has done more for anxiety and stress than anything else I’ve done in my life, this is the greatest place to go to get in shape and have amazing people around you

I started classes about a month ago and have really enjoyed it! The gym is super clean and the people have been very welcoming. They're clearly serious about their value for community because they not only have a great time during classes but there's a lot of ways to hang out with each other for other events like meals or competitions. I like that they clearly take the training seriously but not in an overly intense way.

Absolutely fantastic environment and people; I’ve never seen a more different group of people get along so well and treat each other with as much kindness and respect as they do at Blue Gorilla. Adam is an excellent teacher and a wonderful man, and if you’re looking to get into Jiu-Jitsu or any martial art at all, I cannot recommend Blue Gorilla enough!!

We kept hearing great things about Blue Gorilla, so we had our son try a free class. He was immediately hooked. The price is much more reasonable than we expected, so we signed him up. Months later, he is just as excited to go to class as he was at the very beginning.Over the past few months, we have watched our son's confidence and strength grow. He's learning skills, but he's also learning to push himself and how much he's capable of when he really puts in effort.The coaches are incredible. You'll never see Coach Adam without a smile, and everyone there is so warm and welcoming (and patient!). Unlike some other gyms that I have trained in, there is no intimidation factor - just an atmosphere of learning to be better, no matter where you start.The coaches at Blue Gorilla are skilled, but they are also the type of people I appreciate my son looking up to as mentors. Blue Gorilla is truly value added to our Radford Community, and I'm so thankful to have them here in our little town.
