Overall, they did a good job cleaning most nooks and crannies. I appreciated them re-folding towels and blankets, and emptying the trash. Also very much appreciated their thorough communication! They let me know that someone would be late and asked questions. Reasons for the 3 stars:1) they asked if I could provide a vacuum for one of the cleaners. If you're a cleaning company, your personnel should be equipped with a vacuum.2) there were 3 specific things I requested be cleaned, 2/3 were done but one was not.3) one of the cleaners had her dog in the car the entirety of the appointment. Comes across unprofessional and bizarre.4) I was home when they had roughly 30 min left of cleaning. I was upstairs putting things back into place and when I came downstairs they were gone. They didn't say bye, they didn't ask if there was anything else, didn't do a final walk thru to ensure satisfaction, they just left without a word.Overall, I'm happy with the cleaning and work done, the cleaners seemed very nice.
