Grayson and the Futura team lived up to their lofty Google Review ratings and we could not be happier. This was a five star experience from start to finish. It is clear that this team takes extra steps doing the little things which elevate a 'good' experience to an exceptional one. This is the 4th exterior painting we've contracted and the first where the team tidied up the exterior of the home every day they were on the job. And their attention to detail (exacting tape lines, collecting paint chips after scraping, protecting shrubs from overspray, etc.) stood out to us because it is not the normal experience.Beyond that, our interactions with Grayson and the crew were always pleasant and good natured. They communicated with us before, during and after each day -- letting us know what to expect and when to expect it. As someone working from a home office, I was able to plan around their work without disrupting my workday. We highly recommend Futura Painting and will happily recommend them (and use them!) in the future.

Our house looks so good!!! We did a complete indoor refresh. Everything inside got painted except our wood cabinets and built-ins. They were so careful to prep and tape everything off so we felt our wood shelves were in good hands. The trim work was most of the project! We have weird columns and wainscoting in two of our rooms. They sanded everything so the new paint will stick. It looks so smooth and new. They patched up dents and holes in the walls from the kids and dogs. They painted the ceilings and walls the same color so every just flows and it's bright and clean. The kids got to pick out colors for their rooms and my office got a vibrant green. The people were great to work with. Very communicative. They sent daily updates pictures and videos. Super nice!!! It couldn't have gone better.Edit - We had the carpets done at the same time. The photos are before the carpet was put back in. So ignore the floors they didn't need to be covered because carpet would cover everything.

The cleaning technician, Edelmira, did a great job cleaning the apartment. Everything looks wonderful, and I really appreciated that the blinds and window sills were cleaned, something which other cleaners have overlooked.

Grayson was great to work with during the estimate, planning, and painting phases. Donald and Francisco did an awesome job completing the work exactly as we wanted it!

Futura painting did an excellent job painting my house. They had clear communication, started when they said they would and finished the job when they said. It was a refreshing experience working with a contractor.

Grayson and his team were excellent at communication, bid process and the day of the painting as well. Donald was the lead for my job and did wonderfully.
