I locked myself out of my apartment and called this company. The company said that they price match and that they do military discounts. When I asked, they lied and said they don’t do it. I have called them twice trying to ask for some sort of compensation for being mislead. No one has sorted this out for me yet. It is very unfair I called this company thinking it’d be reasonable but was not, and mislead me about the discounts. Do not recommend as their are more reasonable and honest companies.

This technician drilled a hole in my lock after he didn’t have my permission he kept waiting till I turned my back to talk to start drilling a hole know I had to knowledge of what he was doing he left my lock just as it was when another technician came they wasn’t even able to do anything they said they had to replace the lock , the first guy was rushing to be money hungry and damaged my lock and now I have to pay additional money !!! The manager took 15 minutes to send the first technician out now she saying another 6 hours for him to come back but they 23 hours !!! Watch out for lock smith they come and move so fast to get their money and be money hungry !!!
