Kurt was amazing! I called him in the morning and he managed to fit us in that same day, with the report back by that night. The report was super detailed, and he was great at communicating throughout the whole process. Really appreciated how quick and thorough he was, especially when buying a house. Would definitely recommend Kurt to anyone needing a building and pest inspection!

Kurt communicated his observations honestly and with a good sense of what is important, what is practical and what may be tackled over time. I found his explanations easy to understand and I liked his system of outlining what needs work, what needs monitoring, and what is OK to not worry about in an old house.

Contacted Brett from leading building inspections to get a pre purchase building and pest report done on a property in Bayswater. I enquired on the weekend and he was there by Monday afternoon and I had the report back on the same day. Very efficient, thorough, easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. Brett also followed up, offering to go over the report and explain anything. I would very happily recommend Brett for pre purchase building and pest inspections.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Peter C has been absolutely sensational as a Building Inspector and a trusted advisor for us. With his advice we were able to purchase a new property with the knowledge and confidence someone needs for a commitment of this size. Beyond his second-to-none knowledge and expertise, his processes, systems and communication is completely on point. He's very through while being efficient. He invests the time and effort necessary to do the job properly leaves you in doubt about the quality of his work with photos, videos and verbal explanation over the phone. Our 138 page report and several lengthy conversations on the phone about the property were absolutely instrumental in our decision. You can choose him with confidence because no one ever regrets putting the best-in-the-business on the job.
