Columbia Rug has been great to work with as we go through the exhausting process of finding someone we can trust to do a large flooring project.We had 3 different places quote the project and 2 things stood out for us.Brenda, our sales rep in the store, had a great focus working with us and discussing options as we are redoing 2 stories, and a basement. She helped explained everything we would need done for a complete project. Helpful and friendly.The other thing was Warney (sp?) He came out to measure our house. He was friendly and professional. You could really tell he knew what he was talking about and actually talked out an alternate flooring design around one of our rooms.

I absolutely love my new kitchen floor!!! Brenda made the start of this process so easy. It was definitely cheaper than I thought it would be, which is a bonus. When the guys showed up, they were all such gentleman and very hard workers! I wanted the best for this project, and Brad and his 2 other men were just amazing!!! Brenda was terrific to work with. She was very patient as she helped us decide what carpet would be best for our home. The installers were wonderful. My husband and I decided we wanted to have vinyl flooring put in our living room. We stopped in to Columbia Rug in Peoria and met with Brenda. She knows her stuff!!! She sent us home with samples and we chose what looked best for us. She walked us through everything considering we’ve never had vinyl flooring. She was so knowledgeable.
