I can't say enough good things about Jaime at Carpet One! With my crazy schedule, actually getting into the store wasn't easy, so he went out of his way to send me photos of samples so I could keep things moving on my own time. He also kept me in the loop on the deals and promotions they had running, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, he'd check in just to see how I was doing...never pushy, just genuinely kind! So refreshing to work with someone who actually cares! Highly recommend Jaime if you're shopping for flooring!

Look no further for floor coverings than your locally owned Carpet One! Don't waste your time at big-box stores or other places. They are price competitive as well. I know because I shopped around.Jamie and Rhonda are experienced and knowledgeable They eased me through the whole process. They were wonderful to work with and offered tailored suggestions based on my floorplan, color goal and budget.I was able to take home samples and view them under varied day and night conditions at their suggestion. I'm so glad I did that! I could not have gotten better service anywhere else. I learned valuable information about carpet materials and construction which I would have never known. This helped me with my final selection.My advice to anyone is go ahead and spring for the best under the carpet padding they have. It is completely different from standard padding and unique to this store. You will be glad you did.I couldn't possibly be happier with my purchase and the personalized service. I can't thank them enough.The install crew was best in class. The end result is *seamless*.

After months of searching for the perfect carpet i came across Michelle at Carpet One. She was so patient and kind. She answered all our questions with honesty and worked with us to find the perfect carpet. I wanted a patterned carpet for a 100+ year old home. I went to 4 locations and received 4 bids but none were within the price i was willing to pay. The pattern print i was wanting at one store was $5.69/sq ft, Carpet One had what i absolutely wanted for $2.30/sq ft. I'm not saying all there carpet will be this inexpensive but they are definitely worth checking out. Michelle was funny, knowledgeable and worked diligently with my husband and i to make sure our experience was PERFECT. I 100% recommend Carpet One. Just because the store is really nice and looks pricey you would be surprised on there deals.
