Great service! They handle all the details of the DTE rebate which makes it so easy. Zach was so awesome and was not condescending like some service techs. He explained everything clearly and gave good advice. I’m having Temperature Rescue back for the pre-summer inspection!

I submitted a request for service and within 10 minutes someone reached out. My boiler system was completely out and they offered to come out within the hour and fix it. I declined the immediate service, but they ended up coming out early the next day and fixing it within 30 minutes. They were very easy to work with and definitely know what they're doing. I will use them in the future for maintenance and repairs.
