Great service! They handle all the details of the DTE rebate which makes it so easy. Zach was so awesome and was not condescending like some service techs. He explained everything clearly and gave good advice. I’m having Temperature Rescue back for the pre-summer inspection!

No Heat from fairly new furnace. Zack took care of the issue (found out warranty good) and I now have HEAT, THANK YOU ZACK !

Matt was great and getting me scheduled with the emergency gas leak I had. His technician Lucas was friendly and quick to fix the problem. Can't see enough good things about these guys.

I submitted a request for service and within 10 minutes someone reached out. My boiler system was completely out and they offered to come out within the hour and fix it. I declined the immediate service, but they ended up coming out early the next day and fixing it within 30 minutes. They were very easy to work with and definitely know what they're doing. I will use them in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Woke up this morning to a cold house my thermostat was registering only 60 degrees and I have it set for 68 degrees,so I called Temperature Rescue. They were promptly here when promised, the Tec said it was throwing a code that it had air restriction after a new air filter furnace is.running normal.

Service was prompt, completed in the time promised AND they didn’t change the quote when it took longer than expected.

They just installed a new furnace for me and did an incredible job - had it in the very next day! Go-to team!!
