Luke came out and was very honest. I called for one thing that I thought was the problem but it wasn’t and he the repair needed up being a lot cheaper. Very happy with my experience and will be considering them for a new unit upgrade eventually, given that my unit is 30+ years old.

With all the dte issues since friday our power was going in and out for 4 days of course it did somthing to our a/c. Called zach on monday set up appt for tuesday with a time window that worked with my work schdedul. Got home today and dte was at it again on and off all morning. Called zach to adjust appt time. Beyond accomadating. Tech shows up and gets right to work no bs no upsell. Here ur price i gladly jumped and said fixit. Thanks guys you got me for life

Our ac went out the Sunday before this past heat wave hit. We tried several companies and Temperature Rescue was the only one that would come out that same day. Zach came and was able to get us up and running again. It was more than we had hoped to spend but he did his best to save us as much as he could . He was prompt, professional and took time to explain everything he was doing and any costs ahead of time. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future if needed.

A year ago my AC went out. I hired a guy and he basically said I had to re-run lines and it was going to be really expensive. Even though I don't have a Heating and Cooling background, In my gut I didn't think this was the problem. Anyways after paying him a lot of money to do.. nothing. I finally decided to try Temperature Rescue and the team came out and found the problem. It was a leak they had to repair in my line. Because of their professionalism and experience when I called them, I immediately felt they were the right fit and they helped me out for way less money. My only regret was not hiring them sooner. Fast forward to the 99 degree days we've had recently and my AC wasn't performing what I had expected. It wouldn't get below 78. I called them, they happened to be finishing a job in the area and were able to come over same day. They found the problem quickly and cleaned my AC unit and it has been running great ever since. I have been very pleased with these guys.

We needed a water heater and Nat came within 15 mins of the call. The team was kind, fast, and super efficient and the price was extremely fair.

My unit was not cooling properly. Trying to get my unit serviced before summer, knowing that it was a Sunday night I wasn’t expecting a return message or quote. They also messaged back late night.
