Craig explained how the whole process works … no deception, he answered all my questions, I saw first hand the weight and make up of the items , metal wise, for each item I had valued. If I could give 20 * I would. I was nervous as I have never sold jewellery before. The minute I walked in Craig put me at ease. He checked every piece of jewellery I had with these amazing machines that tell you what the gold is and weight. He explains everything as he is going along so you understand the process. I found Craig to very honest and trustworthy. I was given a fair price for what I was selling, actually got more than I expected. One piece I thought was costume jewellery turned out to be 18ca gold. I would highly recommend this company. You are made to feel like you are visiting a friend rather than a business. Thank you Craig for looking after me. Truly amazing

The process they have established is very transparent and honest. Their passion for jewellery is evident from the moment they start talking.
