I worked with Adam at Shamrock for our gutter installation on our house. He was very responsive and helpful. He was able to come out to the house fairly quickly to look at the old gutters and made sure to look at everything so he could give a proper estimate. The estimate was reasonable and we replaced all the gutters maybe a week later. The installers did a great job. Adam followed back up with me while the guys were here because I had changed my mind oh the color so he wanted to be sure that was accurate and then he contacted me again several weeks later to confirm we were happy with the gutters and that we weren’t experiencing any issues. My roof was in need of replacing, and had got quote from another roofing contractor for $30,000 for a roof replacement. Luckily I had got a quote for shamrock construction afterward. They told me that other quote I had gotten was insane, and they could replace it for under $10,000. They were able to finish it in a day, and there was no debris from nails or anything that I had found. They dont try to force you into a sale right away, and tell you the truth about if you actually need a roof replacement or not. i had talked with many roofing companies & gotten many quotes on cost of repairs for my roof, as it had two layer shingles with water patches that where making water damage on my ceiling throughout the house. We had a storm in April that caused enough damage to warrant a replacement of our roof. We had to have our solar panels removed and replaced as well and wete concerned about losing out on solar.
