I’d call Magna again if i need(ed) anything that they offer as a company. From my first contract with Jonathan, filled by Stephen and Vinny, things went very smoothly and i was confident that everything wild work out. Whilst heat pumps aren’t that new, there is quite a lot of doubt surrounding their efficacy and it is a concern.I need to add a special thanks to the installation team that came to my house to install the heat pump.Jason, Lewis (sp?) and Shaun did a fabulous job. They were respectful and polite but more importantly, they carried out the installation impeccably. Added this, every day sure to keep everywhere clean and tidy, took all of their rubbish out and so on.As I’ve mentioned, if I need something again, I’ll call Magna again!

Really helpful staff throughout the changeover from warm-air gas heating system to heat pump. Easy to understand information, and clear indication of the time/disruption the work would take. Very helpful workmen, who were at the house promptly every day and worked hard for long shifts.

The whole process of dealing with Magna Renewables was excellent from start to finish!Everything was explained comprehensively by Jonathan and Luke and we were completely involved in the decision making process. The team at Magna took the time to give me all the infortmaton I needed to decide about having solar panels and heat pump installed. They were the best value for money of all the companies I looked at and the installation was done very professionally and respectfully. They even lent us some fan heaters for the days whe the gas boiler was being revoved and the heat pump commissioned. I'm impressed by how quiet the Samsung heat pump is. There was a problem over the first weekend when the heating system failed and I was unable to contact anyone but this was resolved by another visit within a few days.
