Great community. We’ve done CrossFit for a decade and have seen lots of gyms and coaches. This one is top notch - the owners even made it to regionals. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure you’re well warmed up which I appreciate so we don’t get injured. Also the programming gets results without feeling like you’re dying every day. Sad to leave (we’re moving) but def plan to visit l!

One of the best gyms in all of Charleston. Excellent owners and coaches that care about your health and development the right way. Great equipment and teammates (other gym members) that want to see you grow. If I had 5 thumbs I’d give it 5 thumbs up.

I couldn’t say enough good things about my time at CFNC. I’ve made some great friends and enjoyed plenty of awesome workouts due to the exceptional programming. The coaching staff is second to none with two of the coaches, Coach Craig and Cara going to the CrossFit games in 2016! If you’re on the fence about joining you should absolutely stop by and check them out. You won’t regret it.

Great coaches. Useful WODS. Equipment in great shape. Box is extremely open with plenty of space to perform movements without being on top of each other. Best box I have been to in the United States.

I was timid about dropping into my first box outside of my home gym, but before I ever made it in, CFNC made me feel at home. Craig made me feel welcome from the moment he responded to my interest email, which was rather fast may I add. When I came in for my first workout, they were already waiting to greet me with big smiles and open arms. I dropped in for a week while I was in town for work, and it felt like home away from home. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I even had a member let me try on her shoes when I asked how she likes them. There are some absolutely amazing athletes here, but I never once felt intimidated or like I didn't fit in which is great since I'm less than a year into CF and still get nervous about my skills. I am sad to go but hopeful to return. Anytime I am anywhere in the greater Charleston area for work or play, this will be my home away from home! Thanks for helping me stay on track while away!

I joined Crossfit North Charleston last April and it was one of the best decisions I have made since moving to South Carolina. I look forward to walking into that gym everyday. Not only does my butt get kicked because of the great coaching staff and programming, but I also get to workout and compete with amazing people. CFNC truly lives up to its motto of "fitness rooted in community."

Love it here. Have seen a ton of improvements in my abilities and it's due to the patient and persistent coaching. Great equipment, great coaching and one of the best Crossfit communities. Everyone is pulling for each other and it's such a great mix of young and old, super athletic and just beginning.

Been going here about 3 months now and I can't get enough. A good growing box with dedicated staff and friendly athletes as well as strong and varied programming and affordable membership prices. I'd highly recommend this for anybody looking to do Crossfit in the North Charleston area
