He was there every step of the way, and when I got the call that I had been approved to have my entire roof fixed... words cannot explain how greatful I was. Normally I don't do business with companies that go door to door. But Modern was in the neighborhood so I asked for an inspection and quote.Anthony was my representative and he did an excellent job of showing me the wind and hail damage to my roof and of assuring me that he could do a good job of documenting such for my insurance coverage.It turns out that Modern works closely with insurance companies and did all the communication with mine. They arranged for the insurance adjuster to make an inspection, and came to work with the adjuster. They filed all the paperwork required and kept me informed the whole way.I am very pleased with my new roof, and with Modern's process and people. All were polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.The installation crew did a great job of protecting my property while removing the old shingles and installing the new ones.I would recommend Modern again to anyone.
