I have just recently closed with 1Rate with their Agent Chris Choe. The lending process was unbelievably quick. Even our realtor was pleasantly surprised. We had our current house refinanced with him several years ago with him. In the mean time, we gave offers for so many houses, where he provided the preapprovals. Whether it is the first time or the last time, he has been super responsive. What I liked about him is he is not pushy at all. He always gave the realistic expectations on the process. We have been very happy with his performance as the lending agent. He guides you in all process, where he does not need to. I cannot tell how many times, he responds my calls/emails/text about my queries in the lending process. Strongly recommend Chris and 1rate everyone who reads this message.
