Pedro and his team redid my mom's roof this year as well as installing new gutters. I got a few estimates and his was somewhere in the middle (not the cheapest an also not the most expensive). Pedro explained the process and and also explained the costs and things that might have to be replaced. I also wanted to have some holes cut for skylights and vents and while their company does not do any interior type work, they put the outside parts of the skylights and the new vents in for me exactly where I asked (Pedro even helped me figure out a spot for the kitchen vent when we discovered the location I wanted was too close to a pipe). The time estimate Pedro gave was roughly 10 business days but he and his guys managed to finish a day early, which was great because being in a house while the roof is being put on is awful. I was very impressed by how well the whole operation was coordinated, with the guys work and material arrival and trash removal and running like a well oiled machine. There was also at least one occasion where Pedro did some inspections and made his guys redo something. I don't know exactly what it was but I saw him pointing and talking to his guy and then the guy went and undid a section by the edge of the roof and put new material down. Knowing that Pedro was inspecting for mistakes and making sure his guys did things exactly the way he wanted them done was comforting to know that he was paying attention the quality of the work. Overall the roof looks very nice and I'm very happy with the work, and I would definitely recommend Pedro and his team!

I had a great experience with Re Roof All American from start to finish. Pedro came out promptly and gave me an estimate for replacing my old tar and gravel roof with a composite shingle roof. I got three other estimates but I was impressed with Pedro's professionalism, reasonable price and follow through. Pedro and his team did a great job and I could not be happier with the results. Pedro with Re Roof All American was exceptional from start to finish. He was the only Contractor that arrived early for his estimating appointment and had my bid to me in two hours. After signing the agreement, Pedro had my permit within a day and started my roof the next day. Pedro has a calm demeanor about him and kept me posted through the week on how my project was going. His price was the lowest and I had a lot of old wood on the trim that needed to be replaced and his hourly rate was very reasonable and lower than the other contractor's I had contacted. This Company was referred to me by my sister and brother-in-law. They had a leak repaired and were very satisfied with the work and price We called them to come out regarding a leak as well. They came out immediately to check and see how bad it was, and also to try and patch as much as I could in the rain and harsh conditions. They were able to stop a large portion of the leak. They came out immediately after a few days of no rain and repaired it. We have another down pour coming in a few days. I will post again and let you know how it held up. Well we ended up needing a larger area of the roof. They came back after several days of dry weather. They did a great job and the price was worth it. I highly recommend this business. They care about their workmanship.

We had a small leak along the ridge of our home during the season's first rain. I contacted Re Roff All American to assess and quote. Pedro quickly determined the problem and explained to me in terms that I understood. I felt very confident that he knew his stuff. After he sent his very reasonable quote, I asked him to do the job. Salinas: Roof Leak and storms are coming in four days. I phoned them and they showed up on schedule quickly. Did the estimate, but this particular roof had tiles very hard to match as the builder built ten houses with this particular tile and bought them as a single. Two days later, early AM before the storms arrive, Pedro and Crew are on my roof with closely Matching Tiles. Fixed in a Jiffy. Pricing: I am a landlord in Salinas and this time it was open ended pricing as I needed this done. Still, advising him 'whatever it took, even if other tiles got broken, I would pay for all. He delivered super fast service, finding the supplies, two job trips: $300. A very sweet price and the job is both secure and matching.

This is from my tenant, who was there during the work: The company you hired is great. Monday they removed the old roof and the rotted wood and fascia. Tuesday they applied new wood and got tar paper over the garage and most of the house. Wednesday and Thursday they applied the shingles. I see they also replaced the roof jacks and caps so that they match the roof! The guys are really quiet and respectful. The music they played was on low volume and was like Mexican elevator music, no loud polkas! They leave the site clean each day.

I don't write many reviews but this one I couldn't pass up. I had a leak on my roof that no one could fix. Several roofers tried with no success. Pedro from Re Roof All American was different. He listened to me where I thought the leak was coming from. He meticulously set up a plan of attack and went to work. He did several water tests around different area's of the roof and waited for any leaks to appear. He studied his results and began to make necessary repairs. This is a late review. Sorry, but I feel this company deserves it, even late. This happened about a year ago. During a heavy rain last year, I noticed above my water heater there was a leak, stream of water trickling down in the garage. I knew it wasn't my water heater because I just replaced it. The rain was off and on and everytime it started raining, there was a stream of water leaking. I called Re Roof All American and spoke to Pedro. We agreed on a time and he came out. He had his guys go up and look. Came back and told me underneath the tiles was a bunch of dirt and debris blocking the water path, thus the water going in places it shouldn't have. He quoted a price, I agreed and he got it done within two hours. They removed the tiles and cleaned everything up. I have no clue or any knowledge of roofing. Pedro could've easily charged me an arm and a leg and I would've never known. I am so happy with his services, knowledge and professionalism. Great company! I will hire them to install my sun tunnels. If you have any roof issues or any projects, please consider this company. You won't be disappointed!

During the heavy rain that we were blessed with, water was pouring down the backside of my rain gutters (which were cleaned priorly. This was causing the paint on the wood to bubble and drip. Not wanting more damage I called the business that installed the roof. No answer after numerous calls. Got on Yelp and came across this business with five stars and positive responses to the work Let me tell you, I'm so glad they were on Yelp and I called them. Called the number listed, Pedro answered and said he had a time that was open and he could take a look at the problem. He was on time, very professional and extremely thoughtful. He, after going in the roof, immediately knew what the problem was and explained what should have been done correctly on a six year old new roof. The flashing was to short and did not go over the gutter. He suggested I get ahold of the business that reroofed my home and put new gutters to do the flashing correctly. When I explained I had called every day and even texted with no answer, he expressed sympathy. Told me he'd text me a quote to view and I could make my decision, and he would get it taken care of quickly before more damage could occur. My decision was made and he kept his promise. He called just a few days later and asked me if it was possible to show that day as an opening occurred, showed with two more employees, showed me the material he was using, the shape , and length. Obviously I'm not knowledgeable on roofing, but showing me how it worked made sense. They finished the entire house and even tightened areas of the gutter that were not tight against the wood. All within a very reasonable time. Wonderful service! Arrives when he says so no waiting! And very knowledgeable! And most of all his honesty was so appreciated! My heartfelt thank you to him and his crew for fixing the problem do quickly snd preventing more damage.

Pedro (the contractor) was always available throughout the process of reroofing our house. Pedro and his crew always practiced COVID 19 rules. He always had a mask on no matter what. The whole crew was very respectful of our property, our dogs and us. The crew worked tirelessly and didn't leave anything undone. They always cleaned up after themselves and the equipment that was left at our house for the next day was placed in places to not interfere with us. Pedro was always either personally available or close by via text or phone to answer any questions or concerns. We also wanted new rain gutters installed and he took care of having that professionally done too. Pedro also takes care of scheduling the final inspection by the city. His work, product and professionalism is the best. We highly recommend Re Roof all American to everyone.

Pedro Delgadillo offered a competitive bid and clearly outlined the work he would perform when replacing our 30 year old roof. HIs rate for surprise work was very reasonable. (It's a very old house and surprises were a certainty). Prior to accepting his bid I went to All Roofing and Building Materials in Salinas and asked about his reputation. It was Stellar which was very comforting! Pedro got the bid and we got an emergency permit for the re-roof job with the County of Monterey (shelter in place rules). Pedro's team practiced physical distancing whenever possible and wore face masks. The job site was cleaned up every night. I highly recommend Pedro and Re Roof All American.
