Extremely professional and transparent. Excellent communication through out the process of estimate, order, and install. Installation went very smooth and quick. Even followed up and helped troubleshoot an electrical issue post install. (Thought it was from the install - it wasn't!)

Good customer service. The price was ok compare to similar companies. Pool cover installation was good. The cover material looks good. Overall, I will recommend it to a friend or family member.

The work that was done was very good and professional. A few bumps popping through bottom of liner but nothing too serious. My only issue is the communication was non existent from install to final cut in. Overall a pretty good experience and reasonable price.

S & R pools started the process the day that I called them and were at my house on the day and time that they said they were coming in just 2 days... (Have not experienced that with other contractors.) In 2 weeks time I had a new liner in my pool. The installers were friendly and did a beautiful job. Even in the 90 degree heat.I would not hesitate to recommend to them to anyone of need of their service.

From the very first phone call I was impressed with the professionalism and level of communication I received throughout the process. From start to finish the process was flawless! The employees who installed the liner were respectful and professional and did a fantastic job. Shawn the owner, responsible for measuring was knowledgeable and again, a flawless job! The liner is perfect and I know if there are issues in the future they will address them. Highly recommend!!

We needed the vinyl liner for our in-ground pool replaced mid-summer. Waiting was not an option, and we had 3 companies provide quotes. We selected S&R Pools, they were not the lowest bid, but they were more knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, so that we could enjoy our pool over July 4th. The crew was hardworking and paid attention to the details. We were extremely happy - money well spent. We rewarded their excellent work and service by placing an order for a new winter cover.

This was the third time I have had my pool liner replaced in the last 35 years and it was the best. They came out and looked at my pool and showed me available liners and no pressure to add additional upgrades and gave me a quote both in person and by email. After agreeing ,they came out and did a lot more measuring than any other company we used before, The liner fit perfectly and the installation was done in a very professional manner. I would definely recommend them to anyone needing a replacement liner.
