These guys were absolute pros. The wallpaper had to be cut down the center to allow it to match up properly, and they did that for every panel! Jesus was the expert who came up with this idea. I just love this company. This is my first home and I had a bit of a challenge with a first try at it, and decided I needed to just go with the best reviewed wallpaper company in the area! Jesus- you're the best and I will be eternally grateful for your precision and care. You treated my home like it was your own and helped me create my dream dining room! Broccato is great from start to finish!! I was getting a quote from them and one other place for just an install as I already had my wallpaper and they were half the price as the others! The communication after submitting my quote request was fantastic! They sent me a detailed breakdown before finalizing and made sure I received everything and looked good and asked if I had any questions! The got back to me a few days later knowing that they had a last minute opening for tomorrow and if I wanted it! From quote submission to install was 3 days!! They sent Jesus to install my wallpaper and he was wonderful and did a great job! After they installed 2 panels, they got on a Facetime with me to discuss the seems and explain to me to make sure I was happy and comfortable with them moving forward! Total time was just a few hours! They followed up a week later to see how the install was doing before sending me my final invoice! Thank you so much Broccato and Jesus for being so wonderful and making our vision come to light!

They did our Salt Lake Parade house - I had a few companies bid the job and while some other companies had complaints about the way we were doing it and some others had crazy prices, these guys gave a fast estimate, met our schedule, didn't complain a bit and did a fantastic job. These guys are my new go-to!

These people are liars and I will not be doing business with them again. After the project was done they tried to charge me a “rescheduling” fee when no date was ever confirmed by them or changed by me. They have now doubled their fee despite the clear attached conversation that doesn’t have an actual confirmed date until June 19. Since they lie, conversation is attached. You will see they never actually gave me a date. “Week of June 2” and “original schedule” aren’t actual dates. They clearly wrote some date on their own calendar that they never actually communicated to me and are trying to charge me for their own lack of communication. I immediately agreed to their actual proposed date and was flexible with their lack of scheduling and communication.They also offered me $20 off in exchange for a Google review, which violates Google’s policies.
