The next time I "Need a Car" I would not hesitate to phone Carol Brown, she went above and beyond on a holiday weekend, to hook me up with the salesman Brendan. From there. Brendan worked hard to find what I was looking for. They are family run and have a network of I believe 5 other outlets around Ontario, so if you didn't see what you wanted in Sudbury, they would look at their other locations and if there was something you were interested in buying, they transfer the vehicle to the office you're dealing with. I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with both Carol & Brendan as they are invested in customer satisfaction and that's number 1 in my book!!!
