Carol is the only person I would recommend dealing with at this company. I was a loyal customer and have had nothing but issues with the finance department. After paying off my vehicle loan this company continued to take payments from my account and Carol has been the only person who has returned my phone calls or has tried to rectify anything for me. If you do decide to use this company only deal with Carol, she has amazing customer service and actually gets results. Thank you Carol!
