Worst experience ever with this company I don’t recommend anyone going there they don’t care to help you they care about their profit ! I got a 2016 ugly Hyundai accent that I HATED from the time I got it it had rust on it they clearly did a horrible paint job because over time it just rusted even more I got the car with the trunk giving issues and in the car they couldn’t fully get this one piece off during my detailing plus my interest rate was 20% now tell me If that’s having some one’s best interest I tried to get a trade in the guy who was supposed to do my trade in went Mia and told me this dumb story so I went with some one else from the company who was just as bad and LAZY everyday I’m calling for updates she’s telling me oh don’t worry my boss is gonna finalize your car mind you the car she picked for me was a suv with 143,000 km I’m a community nurse by the time the km is at 300,000 the car is done so again not having my best interest just getting me whatevr they want to get rid of I was also going to go with a next company that my mom switched to from auto group because the guy actually cared but this lady from auto group talked me into coming back to her just for her to screw me over and not help me at all either way , she lied and said her boss was finalizing it the day it was supposed to get finalized so she claimed i accidentally bumped my car ( WASNT THAT A SIGN ) I went to a mechanic who used to work for the company and he told me bring back the car to the company I brought the car back the guy who got me the car was there he called the owner out the owner looked at my car I TOLD the owner what stuff was there from when the guy had got me the car the owner was like no problem that is such minor damage his words verbatim so the same guy claimed don’t worry I’m getting you a new car SAME THING alll week the man is telling me don’t worry we’re just gonna get Insurnace and the vin and that’s it just getting the car working on the numbers he’s telling me what is your boss saying because he knows im a community nurse and need my car I MISSED three days of work and on the finale day when I’m supposed to let my Boss know whatever he says oh it’s not gonna work supposedly and how the other lady messed up my numbers I had a mechanic that was going to buy the car private that same day that would’ve eliminated the problem the lady told Me she would get back to me and never did then told me it’s not her responsibility and that I could’ve called her as well and that’s it’s not her problem I can’t get to work but she was supposed to be working on my new car so I called the office and spoke to the nicest man named Douglas he was confused on why neither of the two could figure anything out not even only that why none of them could’ve communicated with me that whole entire week so I decided to have faith in the lady again she was telling me that don’t worry it’s just a matter of finding a car I told her I’d put a down payment down then same situation again IM THERE RUNNING HER DOWN AND SHES gonna tell me last minute that I need a 1300$ deposit down which is lies she’s just saying that cause she wants the value to go back up and doesn’t think I don’t know that their just trying to mess and keep this 23 year old girl stuck in a car deal with horrible interest a 10 year old car thst they chose for me and knew was gonna loose value with or with out damage so moral of the story do not choose this company at all they are all frauds and don’t care bout helping u as they promote :) Less

Zohaib went above and beyond for me. My credit wasn't great, yet he still managed to get me a vehicle for a payment I could afford, and even delivered it up to me in North Bay for no extra charge.
